Rocketbeats is a system of movement founded by Imi Wiseman and Alan Ellman. It’s a breath based dynamic yoga practice which has evolved to incorporate a number of styles of yoga and movement. Each practice focuses on a particular direction of travel - Up, Down, Forwards and Backwards - so that your practice and body are balanced. The directions always stay the same but the sequences constantly change to keep your mind and body alert.
